Knowing the UK weather, all events will have indoor availability. The Saturday mid-day activity may involve some outdoor travel around the city - so please plan accordingly.

We are more than happy for children to join all events, please indicate the age(s) of your child(ren) in your RSVP. Depending on interest, we will explore organized child care for Saturday night to allow the parents to enjoy themselves!

Travel & Logistics
Where should we stay? Are there recommended hotels or areas?
Within the next few months, Will & Megan will share a recommended hotel with rooms that have been blocked for the weekend. If you prefer to organize your own hotel or Airbnb, we recommend staying in Zone 1 (Central London) for ease of travel to the events.
Do we need a visa to enter the UK?
Yes, US citizens will need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to visit the UK. You can apply for the ETA online on the UK government website and it is valid for 2 years.
